Summary:
The function seems to not work any longer in v7.0. For instance, the "Comment" button on the Example project's alarm page does not work as expected.  

Solution:
The AlarmComment CiCode function was broken in v7, resulting in comments not being saved. This has now been fixed in v7.1 and as a hotfix for v7.0: HF700R136446.
