CitectSCADA always takes into account the default Windows Printer settings for printing purposes i.e. if the deafult printer is set to Landscape Orientation then Citect will print its garphics or reports in the Landscape Orientation Only. If that’s not the case then we need to make sure whether proper Printer settings have been made based on whether the Printer is on a local machine or on a Remote computer.

Remote :

If the Printer is located on a different machine the settings come from "Printer Properties>Advanced>Printing Defaults" as shown below

Local:

If the Printer is on the same machine the settings come from "Printer Properties>General>Printing Preferences"
