Summary:
When using the following time stamped alarm parameters,

[Alarm]
HighResOff = 1
HResType = 7

I find that the alarm time displayed on the alarm summary page or alarm page reflects the last time stamp value of when the timer tag read.  

Solution:
Applying HF700R138169 should resolve the issue.
