Summary:
On my page I drew a rectangle and defined 3D Lowered effect.  The rectangle is displayed OK in Graphic Builder, but in Runtime 3D effect is missing.  

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectSCADA versions 6.10 and 7.0. The problem will be fixed in future versions. The problem only happens when ‘Gradient Fill’ option is chosen. To detour the problem you can do either of the following:
  1. Un-select ‘Gradient Fill’ option, or
  2. Use Polygon instead of Rectangle (Just draw it such way that it looks like a rectangle).
