The following error occurs when a user with
limited privileges runs the CitectSCADA Web Client on Citrix
server. After acknowledging the error, maybe several times, the Web
Client starts and runs successfully.

Solution: |
The error occurs when the web client attempts to save and register activeX components in the project when the user doesn't have sufficient privileges. One customer has found the follow workaround: allowing the users access privileges to the Citect directory under the administrators %TEMP% folder on the Citrix server machine. This will stop the error occuring. |
