Summary:
TagInfoEx - Raw Type and TagGetProperty - Type return values differ to TagInfo - Raw Type. 

Solution:
The return values are now as follows: 
0 = Digital
1 = Byte
2 = Integer16
3 = UInteger16
4 = Long
5 = Real
6 = String
7 = ULong
8 = Undefined
