The Citect Installation is not recognising
the USB key at Run Time. CiuSafe can see the key. Able to run with
a network licence.
Sentinel Driver and CiuSafe are all up to date. Checked the
sentinel driver status and found out that it is stopped. When
attempting to start, it gives the error of "The dependency service
or group failed to start"
The problem is due to CitectSCADA running on particular, DELL
laptop (may happen to other laptop too) which is undocked. The
sentinel driver has dependency on parallel port by default and the
problem will not occur if CitectSCADA is running on Desktop or
docked laptop.
