Summary:
IEC870IP V3.00.01.002 driver released 

Solution:
The IEC870IP V3.00.01.002 fixes issues like "Channel not yet open" when trying to communicate to the IEC870-5-104 devices. The IEC870IP Driver is not free and is individually licensed. If you do not have a license, you will still be able to install the driver, but will only be able to run it for 4 hours. This will allow you to test its functionality before you purchase it.
