Summary:

Sections of the code base do not support custom Citect.INI files

 

Solution:

Certain INI parameters will only be read correctly if the INI file is in the %systemroot% directory (C:\Windows), and named 'citect.ini'.  Affected parameters include but are not limited to: [IPC] and [CTAPI]EventLogging.  Affected drivers include BURRB, DATATAKR, ICN, MEWTOCOL, PYMAX, SINEC, SNP, UNITL and YOK_UXLS.  This problem has now been resolved in CitectSCADA v7.1
