This is a mistake in the documentation. The CSV_Display_ServicePack function will only return a value for officially released service packs. Any hotfix being applied will result in the function returning 'Unknown'. The help file will be updated in a future version of CitectSCADA.

NB: There is also a further mistake in the help, as both CSV_Display_ServicePack and CSV_Display_Logo are listed as CSV_Display_Display_ServicePack and CSV_Display_Display_Logo respectively. This will also be corrected in a future version of CitectSCADA.
