Summary:

Exporting tags using "CSV Driver" type to a CSV database that does not exist produces this popup

 

Solution:

The CSV file must exist even if it is an empty file. Use NotePad to create an empty CSV file or use New -> Text document in the CSV file browser window. Select "all files" and rename new text document.txt to the csv file you need.

This limitation will be fixed in a version after v7.1.
