Summary:

CSV file separator not a comma. This will cause Tag Import to fail.

 

Solution:

This KB is to clarify that the CSV file separator character has to be a comma => ','

In some countries or EXCEL setups where a character other than a comma is specified as the separator, a comma must be specified.
