Summary:

Sending automated emails via MS Outlook requires user to manually acknowledge every time. The message reads "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?" this cannot be disabled within the normal settings of outlook.

 

Solution:

The following freeware outlook add-in allows this message to be bypassed on a per application basis.
