Running Citect as a Windows Service is not officially supported by Citect. Even though the help mentions about "Running citect as a service" this was never officially tested or supported in any version of Citect. The help has been updated from Version 7.1 indicating that this is not officially supported. We do provide some help with setting up citect as a service by referring to the KB articles. We will not be able to fix issues that are caused due to running Citect as a sevice.
