Summary:

MailSend() function with an attachment generates a cicode error 312 (MAPI error 12) in version 7.0.  

MAPI error 12 - "Cannot open the specified attached file. Most likely the file does not exist". 

Solution:

The issue does not exist in V6.1. Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in version 7.0 and the fix will considered for inclusion in the future release.

A hotfix has been created for VijeoCitect V7.0r3 - HF700R337146.zip for MailSend() function to work with an attachment.

There is presently no hotfix for CitectSCADA V7.0r1
