Summary:

When many local cicode variables are used, performance seems to suffer and CPU use is higher. 

Solution:

Citect have confirmed that local variables are not handled efficiently. This issue will be resolved in the next release.

Work Around

Use global cicode variables instead of local variables to improve performance.
