Summary:

When I try to browse trendtags (Process Analyst)on the IOserver, a dialog window will popup saying: "The search failed with the following error: An unknown Windows error has occured. Error code = 212"
This happens intermittently and will only occur on the IOserver.

This problem does not exist on the alarm/trend/report server nor does it exist when using a normal trendtemplate. 

Solution:

Increase the value for the [kernel]Idle parameter in the Citect.INI (default 10).

By increasing the value for this parameter, we basically provide some processing time for Citect.
