Summary:

The following keyboard shortcuts do not trigger as expected.

  • Keyboard shortcuts that contain a space in the name.
  • Keyboard shortcuts that contain the "Shift" key.
  • The keyboard shortcut "Control J". 

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a future version of CitectHMI/SCADA

There is a partial work around that will fix some shortcut keys

If you are having a problem getting a keyboard shortcut to trigger and the shortcut does not contain a "Shift" key or is not the shortcut "Control J" then it may be that the "Key Name" field in the "Keyboard Key" table has a space in it. Removing the space should enable the shortcut to work.
