Summary:

TAGS Name/Value query using MS Query (ODBC) fails if any tag value is in #COM. The same is true if an analogue tag value is above or below the configured engineering full and zero scale limits.

An error will be returned similar to:
"ISAM Communication Error Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed" and the connection will fail.

Solution:

A hotfix is available for CitectSCADA v7.00SP2 (HF700SP242016). Please contact global support if you require this hotfix for other versions of CitectSCADA.
