Summary:

When I open the cicode editor it can take up to 30 seconds to display. Once the cicode editor is opened, it can take over 2 minutes to display the cicode file. All other Citect applications are working as normal. 

Solution:

Check that ODBC Data Source Tracing is disabled. The above symptoms have been seen when this type of tracing is enabled as the Cicode Editor performs ODBC operations while loading and display cicode files.
