Summary:

I get the error "Page <Pagename> has been compiled against an incompatible version of the user library function". 

Solution:

This is caused by corruption in the library files. In one case, it was due to the removal of an included project from a main project.

* Backup *compiled* projects.
* Delete all *.rdb files in project dir.
* Disable incremental compile.
* Update Pages
* Pack, Recompile and test.

A similar error is shown with the IDC - Q4725
