Summary:
The Pagetrend and CSV_Page_Trend cicode functions successfully display the trend page but only sets 1 or 2 pens, even when I configured more pens (up to 8). 

Solution:

This issue is currently under investigation by Citect. Further information will be posted when available.

You may easily work around this issue by calling PageDisplay, and then assign the trend pens through the TrnSetPen cicode function.
