Summary:

I am able to read tags from the PLC but I cannot write to them. The ABCLX IOdevice is configured properly and this issue affects any tags defined in the database.

The syslog.dat file shown the following error:

Generic 000008 Driver 536870933 (0x20000015) 

Solution:

Please ensure that an user is currently logged in the Citect system. Citect v7.10 now required an user to be logged in to issue a control action.

If you wish to return to the functionnality of previous versions of CitectSCADA (Where a login is not required), please add the following parameter to the Citect.ini file:

[LAN] SecureLogin = 0 (Default value 1)
