Summary:

With remote (ie scheduled) devices, the IOServer requested blocking information from the driver by a database() call before the remote device had actually connected to the i/o device. This left improper blocking values and left the IOServer unable to access correct values for tags.

Solution:

The problem has been fixed in V7.0 SP3
