Summary:
I can't seem to display the proper decimal value on a page when using keyboard commands in the properties (TagName = ArgValue1)
Everytime I try to write a value of 10.1 up to 10.9 Citect will return 10.0. 
Tagdebug however will always return the correct value

The current format I have under Key Sequence properties is ##.# ENTER

Solution:
 Instead of using the format ##.# ENTER for the Key Sequence property use #### ENTER
The Key Sequence property merely allows you to specify the amount of characters, while the actual format is set in your Tag properties
