Summary:
Prior to CitectSCADA version 7.00, a CtApi request for a variable tag would be returned a value in the format defined in the variable tags form.

For example, if a varibale tag is defined with a format of ####.## and the engineering value in CitectSCADA is 0.8125, the CTAPI request would be returned a value of 0.81.

In CitectSCADA versions 7.00 and 7.10, the full precision is being returned, i.e. 0.8125.

Solution:
 This will be fixed in a future version of CitectSCADA
