Summary:

Customers who have already upgraded to v7.0 Service Pack 1 and use the Period field in any Project Editor form (e.g. trend tags, reports, events) may experience Invalid time format compile errors after upgrading to Service Pack 2 or above.

Solution:

To resolve the issue, use the new drop down option(s) available in Service Pack 2 and above.
