I am using the Kingfish driver 1.00.05.001 to communicate with a RTU over a dial-up modem. The device occasionally drops out and causes a redial. What is causing this?


Solution:
There is a known issue with this driver for serial and dial-up communications. An experimental driver 1.00.11.00 is currently available. Please contact Technical Support to obtain a copy of this driver. A released driver will be available soon. Please check for availability on driverweb.
