This hotfix includes fixes for the following bugs:

Bug 41805 - High CPU usage on the IOServer in a system with lots of IO Devices spread across multiple IOservers in the same cluster.
Bug 37759 - Unreliable or high-latency networks may result in high CPU for Tran.Task.Delay.
Bug 41889 - Font displayed incorrectly when object looks as if it has been embossed on the graphics page.
Bug 37867 - Improved trend file creation performance.
Bug 42137 - Active Alarm list stops updating when scrolling through alarm pages.
Bug 42650 - CtApi READs return full decimal precision regardless of the format specified in the variable configuration.
Bug 42670 - The display of the Sentinel licensing Dialog boxes are now also gated by the [Debug]SysErrDsp CITECT.INI setting.
