Summary:
 When running redundant IODevices (same IODevice number) if you set the Standby
IODevice (Project Editor / Communication / IODevices) for the redundant pair into Memory Mode (Memory=True) and go into runtime, then you will notice that the Primary IODevice for the same redundant
Pair is now showing as being set to Memory mode as can be seen in the Kernel Window.

Solution:
 This is by design and currently the documentation is being updated to reflect this information.
