  • VijeoCitect and CitectFacilities 7.10 Service Pack 1


The problem will surface if the user performs the following steps.

1. Install VijeoCitect or CitectFacilities 7.10.
2. Install the webserver.
3. Run the webclient.
4. Install SCADA service pack 1 for the appropriate brand.
5. Uninstall SCADA service pack 1.

During the uninstallation process the user will then be prompted to specify the 7.10 installer location if it is no longer accessible. The following message is shown if Citect has been installed from a DVD:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available"

When uninstalling SCADA service pack 1 the user will will have to specify the 7.10 installer location.

Locate the MSI installer for the v7.10 SCADA product via the Browse button, then click OK. The SCADA installer is located in the "Citect" folder under the main installation directory (eg your DVD drive).
