Summary:
My Web Client project page resolution is greater than my monitor resolution and when I run the Web Client I cannot use scroll bars to navigate around the page.

Solution:
This is a known issue and has been fixed in 7.10 Service Pack 2. Hotfix HF710R142866 is also available for 7.10 to resolve this issue.
