Bug 42306 - Incorrect web client startup page.

Sometimes when the webclient is started it does not display the configured start up page.

Instructions for use
1. Install CtCmp32.exe as explained below
2. Delete the project directory of the webclients local cache found at:
"<drive>:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temp\Citect\<projectname>"
3. Recompile and re-deploy the project.
