Summary:
 When installing Citect on my machine, I get the following error message and the installation is canceled: "MSI error 2755" 

Solution:
 MSI error 2755 could be caused by insufficient permissions. Please check the following:

 - You are logged in with an administrator account on the machine.
 - You have the proper read/write permissions on the destination directory.
 - If you are trying to install Citect from a network drive, please try installing from a local harddrive or a DVD.
