Summary:

When mode 8 (no user resize) is used in WinNewAt() the user could maximise the window (with double clicks) in certain WinSize() situations. These situations being when the new size uses the same width or height of the full sized window.

Solution:

This will be resolved in a future version of CitectSCADA
