Summary:
 OPC versions between v1.17.12.x and v2.0.3.x could fail to connect to some OPC servers, e.g. OPC DataHub. This occured when the handle returned by the Server, allowed "0" to be a valid handle. Thus tags from this server would show as #COM.
(OPC traces with "Server Handle: 0x00000000" in them would be the clue)

Solution:
 This problem has been solved in v2.0.4.x and is available as a Hotfix on request.
