Summary:

Some users of PLUSADOCon.dll v1.13.3.0 were experiencing crashes on startup of CitectSCADA runtime.

Solution:

Upgrading to the PLUSADOCon.dll v1.17.0.0+  will resolve this crash. This version is available on the Citect Toolbox
