HF700SP244654 for CitectSCADA version 7.00 service pack 2. Bug 42051 - PSI is slow to change over from standby to primary device. Bug 43228 - [Code]WriteLocal=0 results in flickering values with OPC. Bug 44429 - Long #COM when changing from primary to standby device.
