Summary:
 I am trying to add pens to My Process Analyst object in runtime.
However, as soon as I click on the "Search" button in the "Add new pen(s)" window, I receive a pop-up error message saying:
"The CTAPI connection is offline".

Solution:
The reason why this problem occurs is that the project contains a user called "User".
The Citect recommendation is that you delete this user or rename it with a different name.

NOTE: You may receive this error message even if you have not defined a user called "User". In this scenario, it is possible that you would receive the "CTAPI connection is offline" error message not immediately, but rather a couple of minutes after clicking on the "search" button.
This issue is currently under investigation. Further information will be posted as soon as possible.
