Summary:
 When opening a drop down list in some of the configuration form in project editor, you may get the error as the following:
<CANNOT OPEN: <ProjectName>CSV_Include\<form name>>
It could happen in any field in any configuration form that has a drop down list (e.g. Digital Alarm Form -> "Variable Tag A" Field).

Solution:
 It is a known issue that is produced when having a long project name. It is suggested to have a project name less than 31 characters. Reduce the total number of characters in the project name to get around this issue.

Citect is investigating the issue at the moment. Further information will be posted as soon as there is an update.
