Summary:

IODeviceInfo() Function with mode 3 always returned 0 for memory devices. The code for IODeviceInfo() mode 3 didn't support memory devices.

Solution:

The IODeviceInfo() function with mode 3 now supports memory devices. This issue has been fixed and will be available in CitectSCADA v7.1 service pack 3.
