This hotfix provides a fix for:

Bug 36054 - The CTAPI trend data query TRNQUERY looses precision of ULONG trend tag values.

This bug may occur when switching from Alarm page in a cpu intensive conditions.

Files Affected:
Client.dll        Copy to Citect/bin

Although web client files were built as dependancies they have not supplied them as
the issue is unrelated to web client activity.
