Summary:
How can CitectSCADA be configured to print alarms as they appear in the active alarms list? 

After following KB articles Q2002, Q2200, Q1113 and Q1773, we can see data sent to the printer queue however it does not print the information immediately. If the runtime environment is shutdown, the alarms do get printed.

Solution:
The above issue is caused by spooling of the Print requests. This behavior can be disabled via the following parameter:

[Device]LptToSpool = FALSE
