Summary:
This guide offers customers an alternative approach to configuring SNMP OIDs, without using Citect's MIB2CIT application which is currently unsupported.  GetIF is a free application downloadable from the web, links are contained in the attached pdf.

This document also guides the customer through testing their SNMP traps with TrapGen, a free 3rd party application downloadable from the net.  Please note TrapGen and GetIF are not supported by Citect Support.
