Summary:

Shutdown Cicode function using mode 3 (Shutdown("","",3)) which will shutdown CitectSCADA and log off windows will only log off Windows if CitectSCADA is run from the configuration environment. It will only shutdown CitectSCADA and not log out of Windows if CitectSCADA is run from either Citect32.exe or RuntimeManager.exe.

Solution:

When Citect Runtime is launched with no command line arguments, it successfully locates the correct 'default' INI path, but it is not storing it in the correct location for later use with RsCite32.exe. The correct 'default' INI path is now stored in the correct location for later use with RsCite32.exe.
