Summary:
 Process Analyst displays the incorrect time where as every other time is set correct, the computer time, CitectSCADA time, and even on a standard trend page.

Solution:
 This is likely to be the result of regional changes in daylight savings. The Process Analyst is different in that it uses UTC time. If Windows does not have the latest Windows updates relating to these changes this time will be incorrect.

Note: this is regardless of whether Windows is set to automatically update for daylight savings or not.
