Summary:

When peforming an "Update Pages" or a project upgrade, on large projects with numerous includes, the upgrade or update continually slows down as it proceeds. For very large and complex projects, Graphics Builder may either crash or produce a dialogue announcing that a queue could not be created.

Solution:

This issue has now been rectified on v7.10 Service Pack 3 and later
