Summary:
Citect hangs for approximately 2-3 minutes just after selecting the project and pressing the 'Next' button in the Computer Setup Wizard.
Citect also takes quite a long time to start.

Solution:
This behaviour can be caused by an incorrect/unavailable network path defined in [CTEdit]Copy parameter.
Please check your Citect.ini file, and ensure that the path defined in [CtEdit]Copy is valid.
