Summary:
A single citect server process could not be shutdown or restarted as described
in the help.
Shutdown() function help states that you can stop or restart an Individual Server
by specifying the Server name.
e.g.
Shutdown("AlarmServer1","",1)

Solution:
The issue has been fixed in Version 7.1 SPK3 and you can now restart the individual process now with the process name specified.
