Summary:
The AlarmActive Cicode function will always return 0 on start-up when running in multi-process mode even if active alarms exist. An alarm needs to change state (e.g. go from ON to OFF) for function to start returning the correct value. This does not occur when running in single-process mode.

Solution:
Developers have confirmed that this is a problem in version 7.10 Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2. A fix has been produced and will be available in Service Pack 3.
